All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box, and without any logo.
Shipping Methods within the USA
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL, UPS, and Federal Express to ship our orders.
Packages shipped using UPS and Federal Express are trackable and insured. If an insured parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL, and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, yet, but we are working on it. We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
All our products have free shipping.
We ship from a dozen different warehouses across the United States and at times larger orders may be split and shipped from multiple warehouses. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking codes and will be able to track each package. You will always pay a single shipping charge as quoted upon checkout. We pay the additional costs of multiple shipments when relevant.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
Most products we sell are in stock at the time of order to ensure prompt delivery of orders. Occasionally we advertise items that are not immediately in stock, which may take 3-5 business days to ship.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.
If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on our part or of the delivery service, then we will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have received a defective item, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your submission and the process of replacement through the manufacturer warranty.

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the initial shipping charges in addition to the amount of the product price and taxes, if applicable.
Eligible items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is free with our label. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
Most toys are covered under a manufacturer's warranty for at least 12 months. If your toy is not covered, no problem, we will cover the warranty. You can return it to us within 12 months and we will replace it with an identical product.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 30 days for any reason. However, the item MUST be in original condition, unopened, and unused with its packaging completely intact.
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, if the product packaging has been opened, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products for obvious health reasons.
Please email us via email@example.com letting us know that you want to return your parcel and we will give you all the return shipping information.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective products.
Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
Price Match Guarantee
Value at CleanDreams is about feeling a sense of satisfaction that you paid the right price without sacrificing experience, quality or style.
If you find a current lower price within 14 days after purchase, just bring in the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. Just email us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Guidelines and limitations:
The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If CleanDreams is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match.
We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches.
Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Prime or Amazon Fresh Exclusive offers), coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers (Target GiftCard, specialty and pre-paid gift card), financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
